The "Racing Rules of Sailing" are prepared by the ISAF and then "prescriptions" are added by US Sailing. This page is prepared as a convenience for Shields sailors. All sailors are advised that it is a good idea to obtain a printed copy of the official US Sailing Publication "The Racing Rules of Sailing for 2013-2016."
