    iIt was determined that the following regattas will be included in              
    the Polly Ann Trophy: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Race Week, YRA            
    One Design and Columbus Day.  Vic Onet, the donor of this award that              
    is named after his two daughters, has agreed the changes.
